Basic Function: The CFO reports directly to the physician owners / BOD and is accountable for the non-clinical administrative, financial, and risk management operations of the company. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Operations Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team (i.e., Owners, COO and CFO) Manage the accounting, human resources, payroll, legal, tax, and contracting functions Prepare all financial reports, including the quarterly, and any ad-hoc, Board of Director presentations, which are currently processed thru QuickBooks Desktop and prepared on Excel Develop financial planning and forecasting models as appropriate Work directly with broke
